Scaffolding Practice Teaching
Foster a culture where students take ownership of their learning goals and outcomes in both independent and group settings
This scaffolding practice teaching is an example of how I will foster an ownership culture within my future student. Within this project, my professor had me use my foundational knowledge of scaffolding and apply it to a real world group setting by teaching a friend. This solidified my independent understanding. I will apply this to what my students are learning. For example, teach your friend how to solve this equation and write about your experience.

In this final reflection, I used resources given to me digitally, through a Culturally Relevant Teaching Powerpoint, to understand diversity and culture. I used this knowledge to reflect on how I will use visuals and digital materials in my future classroom.
