This report reflects on my professional strengths and learning needs as an educator by allowing me to reflect on goals and strategies. I am able to create a plan for improvement by assessing data and aligning goals to content knowledge.

This graph showcases attention to student's needs and concerns. I created DIBEL reading assessments by having my student read specific passages as I recorded the number of correct words per minute. Next, I graphed this data which I used to guide my future reading instruction.
